HOW IT WORKS

    GETTING STARTED
    You will receive from us an activation e-mail for activating the Virtual Clinic service.
    Do you need assistance? Call our client line at 222 300 300 or ask at the reception at our clinics.
    You can also activate Chat with a Doctor via our client line when making an appointment with a doctor.
  • 2.
    ACTIVATION
    Open the activation e-mail and click on the link.
    Enter your sign-in data: e-mail address and password.
    Enter the PIN from the activation e-mail.
    Finished. You can begin consulting with our doctors!
  • 3.
    ACCESS TO THE VIRTUAL CLINIC
    On the website at eucpremium.cz, you will find the To chat with a doctor button.
    You can also go straight to virtualclinic.eucpremium.cz.
    When making an appointment with a doctor, the client line can offer you online chat and send you a link to virtualclinic.eucpremium.cz.
  • 4.
    CONSULTATION
    Select a medical topic, fill out the questionnaire and submit it.
    A doctor will review the questionnaire and contact you within 30 minutes.
    If an in-person visit is necessary, the client line will immediately make an appointment with a doctor for you – all within chat.

  • Chat is designed to address selected medical topics;
    if you need to address a different topic, make an appointment at our client line to see a doctor in person.
  • Life-threatening situations: ALWAYS CALL 112 OR 155!
  • Sick notes: The law does not allow remote issuance of sick notes.
  • Health problems in pregnancy: Problems in pregnancy ALWAYS require examination in a clinic.
